The Phillies certainly helped my mood last night with their 11-0 whopping of the Dodgers. Cliff Lee continues to be the man and now tonight comes a very important game four. The reason that it is so critical is that Philly needs to win tonight so they can have a chance to close out the Dodgers at Citizens Bank Park on Wednesday. The series should be 3-0 right now anyways but we won't get into it.
The Phils need to keep up the consistency on offense, if they keep scoring like that even their bullpen can hold on. Another former Phil Randy Wolf gets the call for the Dodgers, he may be a tough match up for their lineup because he is a lefty but hopefully he performs like the Randy Wolf I remember which is anti-clutch.
I still stand by what I said yesterday, it is time for a change in direction for the Eagles. Kevin Kolb seems to bring more energy to the offense. I am hoping that it was just a bad day for Donovan, but I am getting pretty fed up with the ground balls he keeps throwing.
I know a lot of people have attacked Mcnabb for years, but I have always been supportive, I just think it is time for a change.
That is it for now check out the Clip of the Day from Tampa Bay, what a BUSH League Play:
